iTerm2 has a lot of features but I’ve found it to be showing signs of its age recently. Lots of memory leaks and high CPU usage which doesn’t seem to be improving over time.
I’d really love to see something new that’s open source, written in rust or golang, low latency, has a plugin system, integrates with local LLMs.
