    I think it’s great. Haters will complain about impact on traffic, parking, busses, shadows cast, impacts on schools, etc.

  I think it’s awesome if a handful like that get built, SF nimbys need a wake up call and having a few of those would do the trick. In comparison they’ll be happy for 4-6 story midrise buildings.
