Dry powder? I know it’s not literal but what does that mean.
- garrettgrimsley 3y agoThe parent is saying that “dry powder” (i.e. cash) can be used to "pull the trigger" on a purchase of luxury vans when a rainy day comes along and the owner of the vans are forced to sell at reduced prices due to economic hardship.
