I often think the same thing. Microsoft predicted growth in tablet computing, but borked the timing and technology.
It's not particularly useful anticipating a brilliant piece of technology if you can't capitalise on it.
- jarin 15y agoWell not useful to you monetarily, but you can still enjoy the product that other people got right. Augmented reality concepts have been around for a long time, and whoever gets it right will become insanely rich. The rest of us will get to enjoy it :)
