How patent claims work: A variety of different AND statements, all OR'd together
- anonzzzies 3y agoYep, I found it quite easy to do and a lot more structure than the patent lawyer who fixed the language but I wrote the claim in logic which he was quite impressed with as it was a lot less likely to miss points than his normal work.
