Instead of retracting the first article as being wrong, the author now got two articles. Neat.
- forkerenok 3y agoAnd it also looks like quite a feat of journalistic integrity to publish a piece (presumably) without confirming the accuracy of it with the main figure in it.
- adrianmonk 3y agoIn the end, the Wallace and Gromit movies / Aardman Animations also got two pieces of free publicity instead of one (if the article had been correct the first time) or zero (if they'd decided not to publish an article about a nonissue).
