They (archive.ph/is) purposefully do that for anyone using CloudFlare DNS and some others because they object to not being sent location information via the forwarding resolver.
- supriyo-biswas 3y agoThis is incorrect, archive.is returns NXDOMAIN responses. The captcha refreshing troubles are probably related to failed siteverify calls; I’ve seen them occur occasionally on my websites.
