What do you mean by "depreciating asset"?
In the US you cannot depreciate your primary residence. Are you suggesting it should be possible?
- s1artibartfast 3y agoThey mean that the value should rationally be expected to go down over time as it becomes older and needs repair. They are wrong because there are many more factors than just speculation
