If I go to a restaurant but don’t let them know how hungry I am, is that fraud?
- charcircuit 3y agoOnly if that restaurant tells you that they will charge you based off how hungry you are and you know that if you refuse to answer you will get a better deal than if you answered.
- hiatus 3y agoIf Jeff Bezos uses a third party to buy a property, because sellers would charge more if they knew the true buyer, is that fraud (it's not!)?
