I am a very happy Tesla customer, but I have never purchased "Full Self Driving (Beta)" for any of my vehicles. I feel like the promises that have been made about FSD and the amount of money that has been charged for it over the years could truly become the thread that the prosecutorial bureaucracy pulls on and in the end becomes a great undoing. There are all sorts of terms and conditions in the "clickwrap", but at the end of the day they have sold a product for over $10,000 which simply does not work, and my be dangerous. I really enjoy my Tesla(s) and I do not want the company to fail, but it feels like they have piled on the risk in this product line in order to not dissapoint the public markets, who have been sold a pretty big story about FSD.
