The Impact of Social Media Use on Job Burnout
- theGeatZhopa 3y agoI might think, it's solely the social media and social comparison - but that's not the only reason. In my experience, burnout will be a problem for people, whenever they take themselves too seriously and important - but at the same time, they don't want to invest time into work (because life is much more important). No matter what they do, if works duty sums up and staples - this guy's saying "so much work" and spiraling into that thinking. Each day will be worse and worsen because of the spiral. And, no matter when I'm bringing my theory up. There will always be some guys telling me it's wrong - but in the course of discussion, one can read out exactly: "takes himself being to important and to serious" and "not willing to do overwork". So, let's discuss:)
