They could comply and treat them like self signed certificates with a click through screen.
"This website's certificate is issued by <insert Banana Republic> CA. Are you sure you want to proceed?"
- negidius 3y agoIt's hard to say whether that would be allowed because the regulation is written in such a vague language. There is a risk that such a system would be considered to be a precautionary measure under Article 45a-1.
