Speed governors should be installed on every car. There's no reason it should be possible to go 80mph at any time. But as far as I know this is just a fantasy of mine, no politician will touch the idea citing privacy and freedom. But the 'kill switch' might actually happen? It doesn't improve safety nearly as much as speed governors. Annoying.
