It's 0. Long before evil AGI can escape and do any damage it will be confined to big datasenters. Where it will be observed for a long time. Mobile capable terminators will come much later. We don't have capable mechanics, only some short running. And we don't have small capable AI brain. So there is plenty of time and options to stop and correct. Dumb robots, we have them, can be a danger, but they are far from AGI and can't run for long. Corrected: with humans support they can do a lot of damage. That's something to worry about.
