Is CL going to be liable for all the sex worker ads on its site?
How about all the local papers and blogs getting spammed with things like that?
If my local gas station doesn't repaint its bathroom walls often enough, are they an advertising venue for illegal trade?
This could be the opening of a new window of law enforcement.
- plagiarist 3y agoSounds like your local gas station may be in trouble if it paints over reviews underneath the phone number so that it removes ones that specifically mention sex work, but leaves more subtle reviews and the actual phone number alone.
