I feel like I've been reading optimistic articles about this for many years and it seems the last 1% of the work is still elusive. Look at the chart in TFA: 2022 is in line with 2017. Still: there is progress, even the current numbers are already incredibly low. This is already a story of success, even if the "brink" is still a bit off.
