I am waiting for the day AI replaces HR and Middle-management
- oakpond 3y agoI fear AI in that context will be just another computer program that is used to make cost-saving decisions while avoiding accountability. For example, no promotion again this year? Too bad, your boss's AI tool decided you didn't deserve it, and since your boss is now directly responsible for 1000 people you can't even meet with them to talk about it.
