I have personally used fastmail and I am happy. I have personally felt Microsoft/Outlook service is better than Gmail. I have a couple of clients in shipping business, and they had issues with Gmail. Moved them to Outlook in 2018 and they are still happy. Of recently, I have suggested Zoho to some clients. Its been good.
