Good point - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bertrand%27s_postulate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bertrand%27s_postulate is actually for any n > 3 there is always a prime between n and 2n - 2, or like you said for n > 1, between n and 2n.
