colorls: Beautifies the terminal's ls command, with color and font-awesome icons
- squigz 3y ago`ls` already has colors...?
- tambourine_man 3y agoBut not icons
- gjvc 3y agoliterally the last thing required
- tambourine_man 3y agoNot required at all, but a nice touch, if wanted.
- anthk 3y agoalias ls='ls -F' it's as much as usable without colors, it appends some symbol at the end of the file/directory in order to quickly spot it. It works under both BSD ls and GNU ls. 'man ls' under BSD's to get information on that flag, 'info ls' on GNU/Linux. Types: Nothing for regular files * executable / directory @ symlink | FIFO = socket > door
