WSL2 supports systemd out of the box for some time now. By default it is turned off. In WSL2 you can run GUI applications as well.

In WSL2 you can run GUI applications as well.
- c-hendricks 3y agoRight, but "running GUI applications" isn't the only goal, I want to run a full desktop environment, in full screen.
