- redthrowaway 15y agoPrecisely. Valve is the place to be if you're a game dev. There's lots of other great studios around, but none have the cachet Valve does. It would be like asking why Ferrari doesn't advertise openings for automotive engineers: there aren't any, and if they were they'd find the best through people already there.
