How so? Any meaningful post from the openai (or whoever) twitter account were immediately posted to threads. A lot of tech press were posting directly to threads instead of twitter, for example kara swisher.
- jdminhbg 3y agoKara Swisher was also posting to Twitter, but more to the point, all of the major players and commentators were on Twitter. Greg Brockman's resignation letter was on Twitter. The employees who protested Sam's firing were on Twitter. The (second) interim CEO posted his hiring and resignation on Twitter. Etc.
- RamblingCTO 3y agoOn top of that Ilya, Sam, Mira, PG, Elon, even fcking Shkreli was doing his trolling on Twitter. Nothing notable happened on Threads.
- wnevets 3y agoI can't see any post on her twitter https://twitter.com/karaswisher https://twitter.com/karaswisher, is this a fake swisher account? I had no problem seeing her post on threads through this entire ordeal.

- avindroth 3y agoLiterally everything was happening on Twitter. From spaces to “OpenAI is nothing without its people” to heart emojis. Sam and Greg posted their statement there. This is a huge win for Twitter.
