- Buttons840 3y agoCandid means speaking your mind; truth. "Consistently candid" therefore means consistently telling the truth, perhaps even to a fault.
- mort96 3y agoThe details matter here. Consistently lying is grounds for termination. Not consistently being outspoken/blunt might not be. "Not being consistently candid" can be interpreted as either.
