- tpurves 3y agoComing from being used to apple laptops, I was shocked at how bad even microsoft-branded surface devices were at sw/hw integration and useful quality of components in general.
- moolcool 3y agoI had the original Surface Laptop at a previous job. If I remember correctly, I had to RMA it four times for different assorted catastrophic hardware failures. I lined my cubicle wall with their RMA receipts.
