New drug delivery system could reduce daily diabetes shots to just three a year
- jfengel 3y agoFor type 2 diabetes. This isn't about insulin; it's the same class as Ozempic. So it manages hunger and weight and other hormonal responses, but it doesn't fix a broken pancreas. Which is great, and there are more T2D patients than T1D. But the clue is in the title: type 1 diabetes is about a lot more than "daily shots".
