It's your biological clock.
For me it is the same, but I got over it. Just needed a few months of wakeup early, having
a ritual like coffee & cig.. then, 10 minutes after I'm awake. Then I got used to it
- Alifatisk 3y agoI would much prefer being an early bird than being up late. I’ll see if I can do a similar change like you did. I’ve learned that the body loves routine so I’ll start set an alarm at 10 AM everyday so my body get used to it, then slowly decrease the time to 6 AM.
- theGeatZhopa 3y agoYes. That's a good plan. Call it transformation and count the progress in percents :) There are other things need to consider though. Sunlight is important. While sleeping it must be dark, but when it's wake up time, you need light. So, if you cover your windows/ use a jealousy, you can stop with that. Or buy yourself a "light Alarm clock". The next thing is, it needs time. You have to consider, it's not just "my brain". It's rather all the hormones and stuff, which have to be changed. So be patient and try to enjoy you on your way of transformation :)
