Voice control over lights is pretty neat! As is being able to change light color (manually, or automatically as the sun goes down to shift to less blue light) Moisture sensors by my water heater are really nice things to have, and a garage door sensor that I can check from bed to know if the door is open or closed. I also like smart plugs that have power consumption reporting built in.
