If it’s anything like teslas roadside assistance it’s awful. I got a flat and waited 6 hours for an indication that anyone even looked at my request. I of course called my insurance roadside after 90 minutes anyway to tow it home. I tried roadside the next two days to get a tow to the service center, over 12 hours each day with zero response. I keep a flat fixing kit in the car now
