This is horrifying. A persons race, sex, orientation, or culture should have zero impact on whether or not they get a job.
- twoodfin 3y agoFortunately, it’s also illegal. And even in the absence of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, likely unconstitutional for a public university. The article makes clear Ohio State has pulled back from these practices, but I agree it’s horrifying they were even temporarily allowed to take root.
