I read Ben Kuhn's post about this topic[0] last year and bought two corncob LED bulbs, one for each side of my desk. I'm not sure how big of a difference they make (very hard to compare my emotional state in November 2021 to the following two years because a lot has changed since then), but I do feel more energetic during work hours.
