All the WSJ article claimed was that MSFT had access to OpenAI code and weights. Chances are they don't actually have the right to fork GPT-X.
- ayakang31415 3y agoBut you will have people who built the models and systems. It will take time, but replication will be done eventually and weights will be obtained through training easily.
- kristjansson 3y agoCode, weights, talent, leadership, and an army of lawyers. What else do they need?
