I like this post, but to me, the gist of this is that we should have "droplets" that do different tasks for an email, so as to cut down on repetitive tasks. I'm all in, but it seems to me that it would be best left to the end user -- if someone gets a bug report email, they might want to track the bug in Bugzilla, or Github Issues, etc. Not sure if signing into an external service is really necessary.
