Absolutely agree about BRICS. How India and China will ever work together given the history is nuts.
Better question is how this effects LatAm politics, and that's more interesting.
How will it? The first that comes to mind is Brazil and trade between the two. Brazil has been moving away from America, as Argentina moves closer.
