- postingawayonhn 3y agoMicrosoft can easily afford to offer them $30M of options each if they continue to ship such important products. That's only $15B for 500 staff. Microsoft has a $2.75T market value and over $140B of cash.

- mrits 3y agoMicrosoft isn't going to give the employees in HR equivalent offers. There are a lot of people in the company that wouldn't provide much value to the new team at MS.
