It was terrifyingly incompetent. The lack of thought by these randos, that they could fire the two hardest working people at the company so that they could run one of the most valuable companies in the world is mind boggling.
- AlexandrB 3y ago> two hardest working people at the company ??? Do you mean "highest paid"? I suspect there are engineers/scientists that are working harder than Sam at OpenAI. At the very least, who the "hardest working" at OpenAI is unknowable - likely even if you have inside knowledge.
