I had a nasal infection once and tested positive for MRSA from a nose swab. The doctor indicated I probably always have it living there, I’m curious if that sounds right?

The article said 3/10 carry it, so yeah likely the case. This is good to know -- if I have a future planned surgery I'm going to make sure I get tested/treated if positive. It seems like simple preventative care.
