I went as far as to report them to the FTC for a fraudulent "exclusive offer" that was just a dark pattern to convince you to switch away from monthly billing to an annual paid-up-front membership. Shame on @dhouston and the team. The dumbest part about Dropbox is that when someone shares a large file with me I have to pay to upgrade my account because the shared content is counted against both users' quotas. There's no reason to support this company in 2023.
