yes the legalese doesn't matter but there is still a huge different between something which is done subtle enough to not realistically be able to be pinned down by any court but entails a fundamental break of trust (which is egregious) and what legally could count ad fraudulent actions and similar (and is eregious and can additional lead to legal cases being brought against you)
