After over 10 years paying for Dropbox, I replaced my sub with B2 + rclone and reduced my spend from $15 AUD/month to $1.50 a month. Oh, and I don’t have to pay

After over 10 years paying for Dropbox, I replaced my sub with B2 + rclone and reduced my spend from $15 AUD/month to $1.50 a month. Oh, and I don’t have to pay up front for an entire year either. Dropbox is not only the most expensive cloud storage provider, but they also refuse to offer lower tiers. Now, instead of getting less money from me in exchange for a lower cap, they get no money from me and I pay a competitor. I don’t really see how that makes business sense.
