Ok so you have your business model canvas, you have a minimum viable product, heck you even have your early adopters... But the question is how did you identify your competition? ...and how did you measure them? Did you write a business model for each, jot down a classic SWOT or possibly just check their alexa ranking and steam on regardless... Competitor analysis, how did you do yours?
