yep it pretty much looks like a "you have good lawyers how where you so stupid to sign up for such a enormous high risk investment" (which on paper didn't hide the risk at all and where upfront about everything). and I wouldn't be surprised if the under the table answer would be that they trusted under the table verbal promises of a certain ex-CEO and serious FOMO ;-)
