Turn off tik-tok, youtube, etc (quite a few of those, with all their side domains) And if home router has time-bracket filtering, use it. The UI is probably wooden and terrible. But it's done once. Mine stops i'net to all unlisted devices from 23:00 till 6:00. All else is too much hassle. Or worse, that AND wrong results.
