Ask HN: Threads in the EU
I always thought Meta Threads is not available in the EU. But I can open the page in my browser in Germany. Was there some change the last days?
- rozenmd 3y agoThe website has been in varying levels of "availability" for a few months now, but you can't start an account without the app, and the app is blocked in the EU.

- hn1986 3y agoYes, most likely in Q1 2024. It's trying to follow the DSA EU law
