- yieldcrv 3y agoits objectively an advantage in control. if thats a goal, then its effective at doing that the only one inserting bias and emotion into objectivity here is you
- manvillej 3y agosince most public companies are owned by multi billion dollar hedgefunds, they're not exactly pillars of democracy. and since privately owned businesses are a thing; its really not that big of a deal
