When you say it like that it sounds mean, but it's a pretty civilized way to handle downsizing if you ask me.
- Clubber 3y ago>it's a pretty civilized way to handle downsizing if you ask me. It is. Some companies will also offer the old timers early retirement packages. There are companies like this out there still, they just don't make headlines by being civil.
