She couldn't, y'know, tell you her mom's number BEFORE the email shuts off? Literally the ONLY solution is to ring every phone in the state?

As far I understand, an accessible solution is for a special needs caregiver, with her consent, to sit down with her and call me with her. (Literally call me on the phone and then hand her the phone.) Or ask for her permission and then give me her or her mother's phone number with her permission. If she can send me any email with her or her mother's phone number she hasn't done so thus far, so I don't know if she is capable of that given her disability. It might induce too much anxiety for her to do that.
