- crop_rotation 3y agoIf non profit boards elect themselves, I see no reason for the board to resign, for half the board it is their biggest life accomplishment, and there is no shareholder to vote them out.
- naiv 3y agoso I guess non-profits do not have non-competes? I have no idea
- wnc3141 3y agoNon competes are illegal in California (if there is no sale of equity in excess of assets involved).
