Perhaps we need to build out a way for clients to be able to trust content. Not signed with Hanks' public key, or the key of a reputable news source? The client, my tv, or whatever, should make that obvious somehow. The industry certainly spends plenty of effort developing ways for content producers to trust clients. But I'm probably just another tech bro suggesting a technological solution to a social problem.
