The statement claims he is no longer board chair but will stay with the company. Do you have other info?
- gkoberger 3y agoThey're clearly related. He went from Chairman to "reporting to the CEO", meaning he either stepped down in protest or was also fired. He won't be there in 6 months; this is just a crumb of continuity.
